Zumba Fitness classes are latin based dance fitness classes. Classes combine many different latin rhythms (including Salsa, Merengue, Reggaeton, Cumbia and Samba) and World Rhythms (Bhangra/Bollywood, Soca, Bellydance and more) with contemporary styles of hip-hop and current hits. With so many rhythms, styles and tempos in just one class, time just flies without you realising that you have been exercising for a whole hour.

Zumba Fitness classes are not dance classes and no dance experience is needed to join the Zumba party. Routines are based on the Zumba Formula which utilises music rhythm and repetition, taking simple moves to create easy to follow routines with a little bit of flavour and fun. Zumba fitness is for all ages and fitness levels, so long as you are moving and having fun, you are doing great! The key is repetition and after just a few classes you will be amazed at what you can achieve.

All of our Zumba routines are aimed at you having a lot of fun. Our Zumba fitness classes are high energy, spliced with a few fun but less intense tracks to create an interval based program. So you can expect a great workout just by having fun in a dance party atmosphere.
