A special guided meditation class and sound bath for everyone.
Bring a friend or a teen 13yrs + for free. Teens under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Slow down and just be.
No awkward talking circles.
Simply make yourself comfy and relax for 45 mins with Karina guiding a meditation and sound bath with gently played crystal singing bowls all focused on reducing feelings of anxiety. (No intense breathwork — just gentle guidance, calming meditation and beautiful sound).
Please bring your yoga mat, pillow, blanket and water. Perhaps a cushion for under your legs as you will lay down. If you’d prefer to sit that’s ok too. I will be requesting chairs.
When purchasing your “Adult Ticket” also choose the “My Teen’s or Friend’s Ticket” which is at no cost if you wish to bring someone special.
