Immerse into stillness, presence and joy as we move with the art of intention and Zenthai on Sunday April 6th.

There are three offerings for this day: Join us for what you can.

1 - A nature hike (free)
This is an invitation to join Sonia and a crew of Zenthai folks on a nature hike with pauses to tune in deeply, and connect.
Starting at approx 9am near Katoomba.
Arriving back before 1pm.

2. An Immersive Workshop at the inner space. 2 - 4:30pm
Learn a flowing sequence of intentional bodywork that is aligned with the current season designed to bring Vitality, Freedom and Happiness. Enjoy the giving and receiving of heartful movement based therapy.

3. A Zenthai Temple - Multiple therapists create an intentional space for those who would like to receive a 1 hr treatment at a discounted rate ($110). Option for others to stay and watch. Limited spaces - this will need to booked in advance as therapists will be travelling in.
