Illawarra Zenthai Shiatsu Level 1 Training

ZENTHAI SHIATSU training is coming to the Illawarra for the very first time. 

This training is for anyone who feels the curiosity to dive in and explore beyond the world of forms. With foundation in the 5 Elements System of Traditional Chinese medicine, this training will open your eyes into a whole new world of possibilities.

It is a training for yoga students, teachers or anyone wanting to deepen their connection with themselves and with others; for bodyworkers or other therapists, including counsellors, wanting to expand their toolbox.

The Level 1 training is a pre-requisite to become a Zenthai Shiatsu Therapist.

No previous experience in yoga or massage is required to join this training.

Abhi Jyoti is a Zenthai Shiatsu Therapist and Holistic Psychotherapist. She fosters a supported space for all to explore their inner landscape, and uncover our creative nature and boundless vitality. Abhi facilitates on the Zenthai Shiatsu Therapist program at Ninderry under the leadership of Gwyn Williams, founder of Zenthai Shiatsu, and travels across Australia running workshops and offering therapy sessions.
