An immersive Zenthai Shiatsu and live music experience at the historic Koonya Hall.

Zenthai Shiatsu is a heart-led, movement therapy, embedded in the wisdom of traditional therapeutic techniques and our innate connection to nature. It is designed to relieve pain, reduce stress and restore physical and energetic balance. Each session is tailored to the needs of the individual.

Book a 30 or 60 minute bodywork treatment with a qualified therapist and fall into a deep space of relaxation with accompanying music by multi-instrumentalist Dave Reynolds in this group session offering.

A cup of herbal tea is included.

Note: Please wear plenty of layers on the day. This is a floor-based movement group session where you will remain fully clothed. Blankets, pillows and mats will be provided. Refrain from eating at least one hour prior to your session.
