Zen Thai Temple Night

An invitation to slow down, soften and receive.

Temple Nights are a heart offering. A safe and nurturing space where you can experience the deeply therapeutic and healing movement-based bodywork practice that is ZenThai Shiatsu.

Zenthai Shiatsu is a holistic therapy integrating Zen Shiatsu, Traditional Thai Massage and Osteopathic techniques. It draws on the rich well of the Chinese Meridian and Five Elements System, which honours the body’s innate intelligence and instinctual orientation toward balance and vitality.

More than a massage, it’s an intuitive hands-on practice addressing structural, energetic, and emotional imbalances. Through mindful touch, slow sustained pressure, stretching, and rhythmic movement, it relieves tension, enhances mobility, and supports deep relaxation.

Rather than focusing only on symptoms, Zenthai invites a deeper exploration of patterns of holding and tension, allowing the body to soften, to reconnect to its intrinsic knowing of balance and wholeness.

This is where the magic lives. The way a Zenthai Shiatsu treatment encourages natural healing. You leave the session not only feeling revitalised, relaxed and aligned, but re-attuned to a deeper connection to your body. Whether seeking pain relief, stress reduction, or a deeper body connection, this transformative therapy is tailored to meet you where you are, so you can leave feeling grounded, spacious, and with a body that feels attuned and ready to meet life.

This is a space to stop doing and start receiving.

To breathe.

To soften.

To let go.

To come home to your body.

Christine and Michelle are experienced Zenthai Shiatsu therapists devoted to supporting people’s soft return back into their bodies.
