What is Zenthai Shiatsu?

A fully clothed floor-mat bodywork practice. Zenthai Shiatsu is a movement based therapy that brings Thai massage, Zen Shiatsu, 5 elements theory of Chinese medicine and Osteopathic techniques weaved together with mindfulness at the core. What is 5 Element Theory ?

Five Elements<wood, fire, earth, metal, and water> Theory is a Chinese philosophy used to describe interactions and relationships between things. It reminds us How everything is closely interconnected. * 30mins Yoga movement (Partner yoga & Game)

* 2 * 30mins Zenthai Shiatsu Massage Sequence to give and receive.

*Creating Safe place for bodywork

-Quality of touch /Practicing utilizing various part of body(eg:hands fingers forearm elbow knees feet)

-Organic way to move your body and receiver’s body effortlessly
