Zoe Birch
Zoe Birch has been hailed one of the most exciting chefs in Victoria right now. With over 20 years experience in hospitality, Zoe has been bestowed two chefs hats from The Age Good Food Guide, two chef of the year nominations and a myriad of other awards and nominations for her restaurant Greasy Zoes in Hurstbridge, including Time Out Melbourne’s 2025 Restaurant of The Year.
Greasy Zoes is one of the first micro restaurants to be seen in Victoria. Serving only eight guests a night, 32 people a week, with a strong focus on sustainability, low waste cooking and supporting small hyper local family-owned businesses.
