Participant Waiver, Release and Terms & Conditions

By registering for and participating in a Zero Limits Collective event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Participation at Your Own Risk

I understand that walking, jogging and running involve inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, accidents, illness, injury, disability and, in rare circumstances, death.

I voluntarily participate in this event at my own risk.

2. Medical Fitness

I confirm that I am physically capable of participating in this event and have no medical condition that would make participation unsafe.

If I have any concerns regarding my health or fitness, I will seek advice from a qualified medical professional before participating.

3. Personal Responsibility

I accept full responsibility for my own safety and wellbeing during participation.

I agree to:

Exercise within my personal limits.

Stop immediately if I feel unwell, injured, dizzy or experience any concerning symptoms.

Choose a safe route and environment.

Follow all local laws, road rules and safety requirements.

4. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Zero Limits Collective, its owners, organisers, employees, contractors, volunteers, affiliates and partners from any claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or related to my participation in the event.

This includes any injury, illness, loss, damage or expense suffered before, during or after participation.

5. Virtual Event Acknowledgement

I understand that this is a virtual event and that Zero Limits Collective does not supervise, monitor or control the location, route or conditions in which I choose to complete my challenge.

I accept full responsibility for all decisions relating to my participation.
