Join Alice Zaslavsky the author of three award-winning cookbooks 'In Praise of Veg', 'Alice’s A to Z', 'The Joy of Better Cooking' and Good Food columnist, for a demonstration of zero waste cooking. As a previous Middle School teacher, she'll teach you how to cook sustainably with minimal waste and using an induction cooktop.
In this session you may even get to try one of her recipes!
