Zero Waste Home Tours - Cambridge

This event has passed Get tickets

Event description

Less stuff. Less waste. More simple.

Want to be more mindful of the stuff you buy and waste you create?
Learn how a zero-waste living journey is full of simple changes with big impact. Join me, Nicola from Mainstream Green, as I open up my home in Cambridge for tours.

Mainstream Green is all about living with less stuff, less waste, and more awesome. We get that you’re juggling so much already and don’t need another thing to feel guilty about. On this tour you’ll see how easy it can be to make small changes around your home.
Come along to witness zero waste living in action and learn a bunch of tried and tested tips and tricks. My family of four creates just one wheelie bin of rubbish a year.

The tours are for anyone interested in living a simpler life that’s lighter on the planet – no matter whether you just manage to recycle, or are further along on your journey. Tours will be relaxed and interactive so come armed with your questions.
Free up your time, improve your family’s wellbeing, and be inspired to make choices for a simpler, more greenful life.
The 1.5-hour tour includes key areas of a busy, family home:
Kitchen (including food purchasing, prep, storage)
Bathroom
Laundry
Kids’ rooms
