Regardless of whether life is open and free or in a state of restriction and lockdown as we are all experiencing right now, our personal understanding of ourselves, what motivates us and our path in life is key to living a full and happy life.

When we feel connected to ourselves and our purpose in life, we feel excited to wake each morning, to engage with the world and the people who share it with us.

When we feel disconnected and rudderless, each day becomes a struggle, our motivation wanes and we find it hard to see the point in almost anything.

Of course, these are two ends of the spectrum and in reality, most of us move between these two, swinging like a pendulum between excited/energised and disillusioned/unmotivated - averaging out somewhere in the middle.

But what if there was a way to shift the centre?

What if there was an option to create a new normal; one where you are able to feel connected, inspired and free on a daily basis, regardless of your mood and what day it is?

The Meaning of Your Life workshop has been designed to help you find exactly that - your own personal meaning, your deepest desire and individual purpose.

Across 3 x 75 minute sessions spanning three consecutive Saturdays, we will go through questions, activities and discussions all of which have been designed to lead you back to yourself, to uncover what you want from your life and how to get there.

After years of studying great thinkers, storytellers and with incredible teachers from across the world, this is the culmination of my life’s work and I am so excited to share it with you.

Each and every one of us has greatness waiting to be discovered resting within us, aching to be brought forth and into the world. Using psychological + philosophical tools from the West and internal, ancient practices from the East, together we will uncover yours.

If you can’t make the live sessions, you can still attend. Each session will be recorded and emailed to you afterwards so you can rewatch it multiple times if you so choose or whenever best suits you.

There will be no physical practices during the course and no previous meditation experience is required.

This workshop is not about changing your job or lifestyle, it is about understanding your subconscious, yourself and your soul’s deepest desire; unshackling you from the expectations of others and discovering what you really care about.
