We present to you – the ultimate singles Workout Challenge! Get ready to flex those biceps and maybe, just maybe, flex your flirting muscles too. Sure, breaking a sweat is fun, but doing it during an F45 workout and FS8 reformer Pilates session while mingling with other singles? Priceless!
"But wait, there's more!" No, seriously. For all those whose heartbeats haven’t settled by the end (from the workout, not the flirting... or maybe both), we're turning up the heat even more with an after-workout, after-party at Small Bar, Crows Nest.
And you won't go home alone - we have gift bags for all!
When: Saturday 2nd December
Time: 10:30am sharp (workout challenge), 12pm onwards (after party - optional)
Where: F45 Crows Nest, 1/123 Willoughby Road, Crows Nest
Ages: All ages event
Tickets: 50/50 female/male ratios + gift bag of goodies to take home
Dress code: Workout attire

Now for some housekeeping. You ticket confirmation email will have a link to complete a pre-exercise screening form, this is so that our trainers can make sure you're able to physically participate in the workouts. This form must be completed no later than 24 hours before the event. By purchasing a ticket to this event you agree to not hold any certified trainer liable for any injury that may occur during training at F45 and FS8 Crows Nest, and you agree to allow F45, FS8 Crows Nest and Ziinkle from time to time the ability to take a video or photo to use for promotional purposes.
