Description

This Zine Workshop is designed to help you tap into your most innocent fantasies. Through craft-based play and creative writing prompts, you will generate and expand ideas around your hopes & dreams (or, your vision).

Brittany Rose (@book_mumma) will teach you how to create a concertina-style vision zine. Much like a vision board, a vision zine captures your dreams, goals, hopes and wishes.

Workshop outline:

1.30-1.45pm Greetings & welcome

1.45 -2.15 Individual Exercises (quick draw/quick write timed activities)

2.15-2.30 Collaborative brainstorming (Idea generation) & Word Association game

2.30-3.30 Make a concertina vision zine.

It was great that all materials were provided.
Fantastic at putting the group at ease in the beginning and the prompts and instructions were clear and encouraging
I left feeling like my cup was refilled. Was such a lovely afternoon connecting with lovely, like minded people, having space to do something creative and fun - engaging with the inner child.
