Join Erin Widman, Deb Gauld-Lash and Abby Spotskey for our annual weekend retreat in one of the most glorious places on Earth!

Yoga classes are on Saturday and Sunday, with both indoor and outdoor options. Weekend includes options for devotional mantra with Abby and sound journey with Deb. There will be a closing sunrise meditation on Monday morning. We give you plenty of time to relax, explore and practice throughout the weekend.

Includes 10+ hours of yoga, meditation, sound; camping in group site Friday-Sunday nights.
We reserve the group campsite at Watchman Campground, tent camping only. Friday night - through Sunday night.

All yoga is at the Canyon Community Center in Springdale, with both indoor and outdoor yoga options.

NOT INCLUDED: Park entrance fees, food, camping gear.

Through the systems of Iyengar, Ashtanga and Anusara Yoga, Erin has learned the necessity of proper alignment, the delights of a flowing sequence, and the potency of our heart’s intention. In her classes, she blends these three aspects of yoga while speaking directly from her experience of over 25 years of personal practice. Expect powerful sequences, deep internal impact, and life-inspired personal contemplations that catapult you into the power of possibility.

She has been teaching in Flagstaff, AZ since 2000, and owned The Yoga Experience for over 15 years.

For Erin, yoga is a way of life; it is an avenue for self-discovery and the impetus to live a good, sustainable life. The brilliance and philosophy of yoga transformed and inspired her view of all that a good life entails. She brings an enchantment with the metaphor of poetry and her desire for a good life into her teaching. She encourages students to enhance their physical awareness, strength, and health while discovering their own needs, intent and creative expression.
