About the Book
Recipes for Longevity is a nutritious and delicious family-friendly food bible for living longer, and better, from one of Australia's most trusted nutritionists and TV chefs, Zoe Bingley-Pullin.
Over the past two decades, Zoe has dedicated herself to exploring how food and lifestyle can profoundly change the way we live, age and thrive. In her latest book, Zoe bridges the gap between the latest longevity science and the dinner table, proving that the path to vitality doesn’t require exotic ingredients or complicated meal prep. Zoe translates the science of longevity into practical advice readers can actually use and alongside recipes, she explores the key lifestyle factors that influence how we age, including nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, hormones, gut health and social connection, giving readers an accessible reference for supporting lifelong health. With more than 100 fuss-free recipes, Recipes for Longevity is designed for real life. It shows that eating to support long-term health doesn't require expensive ingredients, restrictive diets or hours in the kitchen. Using natural superfoods and ingredients readily available at your local supermarket, Zoe makes it clear that optimal nutrition is accessible to everyone, every day of the week.
Delivering nutrition-packed food through easy, delicious meals designed for everyday life, every recipe is crafted to boost energy, strengthen immunity and balance hormones. Recipes range from nutrient-rich breakfasts and satisfying lunches to family dinners, snacks, drinks and pantry staples, with every dish developed to deliver flavour alongside nutritional benefits. The book also includes a four-week longevity eating plan and practical guidance to help readers build sustainable habits without overhauling the way they cook or eat.
More than a collection of recipes, Recipes for Longevity is a family’s roadmap to thriving at every age. Whether looking to increase energy, support immune systems or simply feel your best, these recipes prove that longevity isn’t about restriction but about nourishing your body – for the long haul.

About Dom Hind

Dom Hind is an entrepreneur, business leader and host of the podcast F*ck, I’m Nearly 50!, a 36-month experiment in figuring out how to make the next chapter of life healthier, happier, more interesting and a hell of a lot more fun.
A lifelong problem-solver and relentlessly curious human, Dom has spent more than 25 years challenging the status quo. She has built businesses from scratch, founded and sold an award-winning digital agency, led teams across some of Australia’s biggest advertising businesses, and is now Managing Partner, People & Operations at Reunion.
But what really drives Dom is learning. She loves asking questions, trying new things, understanding what makes people tick and backing herself to have a go, even when she doesn’t have all the answers.
That curiosity led her to create F*ck, I’m Nearly 50!, where she speaks with doctors, entrepreneurs, athletes, creatives and fascinating humans about health, longevity, purpose, relationships, reinvention and how to make the years ahead some of our best.
At the heart of it all is a philosophy that fits beautifully with Zoe Bingley-Pullin’s Recipes for Longevity: living longer is great, but living well is what really matters.
Dom believes in good food, strong relationships, movement, adventure, lifelong learning and never becoming too old to completely change your mind.
And, most importantly, whoever has the most fun wins.
