Zonta District 23 17th Biennial Conference

Governor Kay Stewart, the 2023 District 23 Conference Committee, the Zonta Club of Bunbury and Area 3 Zontians are looking forward to welcoming you to Bunbury WA, in September.

Conference Days include from midday Friday 1st September, all day Saturday 2nd September to Sunday 3rd September, around 1.00 pm. One-day or other part registrations are not an option.

Please note the Standing Rule for Conference: ‘ONLY ZONTA MEMBERS TO BE PRESENT DURING BUSINESS SESSIONS'.

Registration: Early Bird - $210 / From 22nd July - $250
Early bird registration must be received on or before Friday 21st July 2023. Registration closes on the 15th August 2023.
Registration includes all conference sessions: Tea/Coffee from arrival & Welcome Reception after Friday's opening session; lunch, morning tea and afternoon tea/coffee self-serve on Saturday; morning tea on Sunday.
Registration does not include accommodation, the dine-around function on Friday night and Saturday night's Gala Dinner. The latter two functions are additional options.

Additional tickets for your partner/guest for the Welcome Reception and/or the Gala Dinner can be purchased with your online registration.

Optional Friday Night "Dine Around Town"-  Partners/guests are welcome to join Bunbury Zonta hosts and dine at a Bunbury restaurant in the CBD - own cost. Please indicate your interest in participating in the Friday Night “Dine Around Town” by checking the relevant box on the registration form.
Restaurant options and further information will then be supplied.

Gala Dinner - Saturday, 2 September, 7.00 pm – 11.30 pm.
Join us for an unforgettable evening! Relax and enjoy a three-course dinner, live music and dancing. Includes drink on arrival.  
Bus transfer to and from the Bunbury CBD to the Lighthouse Hotel for the Gala Dinner is included. Please indicate the number of seats required on your registration form. 

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Chair, Sandra Burns - zontad23conf@gmail.com. Cancellations received on or before 18 August 2023 will be refunded in full, less a $50.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations received after that date will be refunded at the discretion of the conference committee, once administration costs have been deducted. No refund will be made for non-attendance without prior notification.

Insurance
The Bunbury Regional Entertainment Centre, Zonta International and the D23 Conference Committee will not be held liable for any loss or damage to your personal effects in the course of your attendance at the Conference.
