Zonta PPA April 2025: Women in Afghanistan

Please join us for our April meeting, where we will focus on the situation for women in Afghanistan and what we can do for women there and those living within our community.

Our speaker is Rev. Dr. Kymm Hockman (PMP) from the United Methodist Church in Peyton, who works with refugee families in our area. 

Please note, we are at the Carter Payne this month! 

This is a membership drive event. Please invite friends who you think might enjoy Zonta and what we stand for.

Menu (served family style - no substitutions): 

• Sanctuary Salad-- Mixed greens with sliced apples, housemade candied birdseed and feta tossed with Chef Brent's smoked tea vinaigrette

• Dinner; Chicken Alfredo -- Herb roasted and chopped chicken thigh with housemade Parmesan and Pecorino alfredo sauce tossed with pasta and topped with fresh herb
• Served with Herb Roasted Seasonal Vegetables, Housemade Roasted Garlic and Olive Oil Focaccia

• Dessert Shooter (presented individually): Chile Infused Belgian Dark Chocolate Mousse Shooters with Fresh Whipped Cream
