Event description
In celebration of International Women's Day the Zonta Club of Botany Bay in collaboration with Meet Her is hosting a Networking Event, created by young women for young women. This event will support young women along their journey through connection, inspiration and motivation through a carefully curated networking event that will feature a keynote guest speaker, interactive seminar, workshop sessions and a guest panel centred around the IWD 2021 campaign theme of #ChoosetoChallenge.
This event is more than just a networking opportunity. The event has been crafted by young women for young women, helping one another to upskill, source inspiration from the women who have come before us and ultimately encourage one another to pursue our ambitions fearlessly.

Keynote Guest Speaker Cathy Ngo on How we can choose to challenge the status quo
Cathy Ngo is the Founder & CEO of Keynoteworthy, a challenger speaker agency and social enterprise focussed on diversity and inclusion. She’s an entrepreneur, writer and speaker who thrives in tech, comedy and activism. Cathy spent more than a decade climbing the corporate ladder in human resources and communications, playing ‘snakes and ladders’ in Australia’s top listed companies, before hitting what she calls the ‘bamboo ceiling’ — a glass ceiling but thicker.
