We are taking our decade-long experience in providing world-class group fitness and applying it to the virtual world. Come join us in the cloud...I think it's in the cloud...IT Experts - please confirm where the virtual world is located. Anyways, back to my point. Come and train in a group while not being around others, coached by sports scientists, CHEK practitioners and Holistic Lifestyle coaches - absorb the positive vibe. Suck in the motivation being thrown your way. This is going to be one key tool to help keep you connected, smiling, sweating, training, fit and IMMUNE STRONG!

How does it work?

Good question, and well asked.

Over the next 10 days we are offering 5 FREE Zoom Fitness group classes to a maximum of 10 people per class. Classes are open to anyone, anywhere in the world, aged 16 years and up. All fitness levels are welcome.

Once you've signed up to your free ticket, you will then receive an email with an invitation link to join the class via Zoom video call. Each class is limited to 10 people, so we (your coaches) can effectively coach each and every participant - maximising the results. Maximising the Sweat. Maximising the fun!

What you need to take part:
- A free Zoom account - go to https://zoom.us/ to sign up and download the application
- A computer with camera, mic & reliable internet connection
- 4x2m space that is visible by the camera (can be inside your home or in your backyard (as long as there isn't loud background noise) and a mat or soft carpet to lay/kneel on

Finally, in order to share the virtual love, please book in to no more than two of the five FREE Zoom Fitness classes - that way more people get to look at my face while transforming their bodies! ;)
