River Fit 2025: Zumba
Event description
Join us on the Esplanade for Zumba led by Healthworks at the Hatch Shell. Fusing Latin rhythms and easy moves, what could be more fun and calorie burning than this high energy Zumba workout! Routines led by Healthworks instructors feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms are combined with resistance training. Come showcase your dance moves and break a sweat on the Esplanade! Checkout Healthworks on Instagram @healthworks
We encourage participants to register before every class and to bring their own water bottle. Pre-registration is highly recommended in order to receive timely updates. Please cancel if you can no longer attend. Zumba led by Healthworks will take place every Tuesday from 6:00pm to 7:00pm starting on July 15th and ending on August 19th on the following dates:
