Zumba Gold - Ashfield - 19th February

Zumba Gold is designed for older adults and people who are not used to exercising or may be limited physically. This class is delivered at a lower intensity with a variety of music and dance styles.

Some important things to note:

• Registration in advance is essential.
• Registering for the class is agreeing to the fact that you are physically capable of participating in exercise. If you are unsure, please speak to your doctor.
• Bring a water bottle.
• Arrive 5 minutes early to allow you to get setup before class.

The February 19 class will be held in the Ashfield Town Hall at the Ashfield Service Centre.
