Zumba Gold - Ashfield - 3rd September 10am
Event description
Zumba Gold is designed for older adults and people who are not used to exercising or may be limited physically. This class is delivered at a lower intensity with a variety of music and dance styles.
Some important things to note:
Registration in advance is essential.
Registering for the class is agreeing to the fact that you are physically capable of participating in exercise. If you are unsure, please speak to your doctor.
Bring a water bottle.
Arrive 5 minutes early to allow you to get setup before class.
The September 3 class will be held in the Ashfield Town Hall at the Ashfield Service Centre.
