Zumba with Nicole at Best Gift Market!

Welcome to the free Zumba class offered at our local Best Gift Market event organised by Randwick City Council! We're excited to have you join us for a fun and energetic Zumba session. Before you participate, please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions that outline the rules and guidelines for your involvement.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Eligibility:

Participants must be at least 18 years of age or have to have a parental consent or attend with the parent or Guardian.

Participants should be in good health and free from any medical conditions that may be aggravated by physical activity.

Assumption of Risk:

By participating in the Zumba class, you acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with physical activity, and you voluntarily assume those risks.

Personal Responsibility:

Participants are responsible for their own safety during the class.

Please listen to your body, and if you feel unwell or experience any discomfort, stop and rest.

Conduct:

All participants are expected to treat the instructor and fellow participants with respect and courtesy.

Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the class.

Release and Waiver:

You hereby release and discharge the organisers, instructors, and any affiliated parties from any liability for any injury, damage, or loss you may sustain during the Zumba class.

Photography and Videography:

By participating, you grant permission for the event organisers to take photographs and videos, which may be used for promotional or educational purposes.

Personal Belongings:

The event organisers are not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings.

Schedule and location:

The schedule and location of the Zumba class may be subject to change. Please check for updates on our website or contact us for the latest information.

Cancellation:

The event organisers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the Zumba class for any reason, including inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Participant Feedback:

We welcome your feedback to help us improve future events. Please share your comments and suggestions with us.
