Diversity accessibility: Our lineup and staff are diverse and we hope this ethos brings an inclusive crowd. In the unlikely case that you do have any issues, and would like to approach a member of staff instead of a security guard, please find our event manager, Sophie Ambler. Her contact number will be available in the bathrooms. If you are indigenous, please contact us for a complimentary ticket.

Wheelchair/mobility accessibility: The ground floor and bathrooms of the Simple Complex are wheelchair accessible. Like almost all late night venues in nipaluna/Hobart, unfortunately there is no wheelchair access to upstairs. Please purchase a concession ticket if this affects you but please know that, as the main event space, the evening will still be jam-packed on the ground floor.

Deaf accessibility: All front-facing staff (except our third-party security) will complete basic training in Auslan (we're new, so go easy on us!). An Auslan interpreter will accompany poet, Matt Haubrick, and the dance workshop from Rhythmz Bollywood between 8-10pm. There is dynamic lighting on the ground floor from 8pm that will assist to experience the music and the event overall has significant visual and kinetic value. Menu signage will be available on the bar itself, so items can be pointed to when ordered. In the case of announcements or emergencies, where possible the venue lighting will change to assist in your notification.

Blind accessibility: This event can still be enjoyed without full sight, however you are welcome to purchase a concession ticket if this affects you. The music and atmosphere could be unsettling for a guide dog, so we do not suggest attending if you agree. Please contact us to discuss bringing your guide dog if this affects you.

Sensory accessibility: Due to noise bleed, there are no completely low-sensory spaces, however pass-outs are available if you need a break from the party. (And we promise we haven't programmed any surprises in the toilets!)
