Baby Makes 3 Saturday in Sept

This free workshop runs across two consecutive Saturday mornings:

📅 Saturday 26 Sept 9:30 am – 12.00 pm

Attendance at both sessions is required.

Baby Makes 3 is a free, supportive group program for new parents, designed to help couples strengthen their relationship while adjusting to life with a baby. Over two relaxed weekly sessions, you’ll connect with other parents going through the same transition and gain practical tools you can use right away at home.  

Workshops are catered - we provide the brunch; you provide the conversation and community.

Together we explore:  

• Communicating better when you’re tired, stressed or overwhelmed

• Sharing the mental load and navigating changing roles

• Managing conflict respectfully and staying connected

• Supporting each other as parents and partners

We encourage both parents to come along and to bring your baby with you! We offer a safe and comfortable environment for all three of you.
