Following the success of last year’s "Sunday Roast: Smoker Edition" a (sellout) dish that captured attention across Perth, becoming a weekly ritual for many of our regulars. We’re excited to return to the table with a new chapter in our Sunday Roast series.
This year, we’re leaning into one of the great centrepieces of the roast canon: porchetta.
• Slow-roasted porchetta for two, with glass-crisp crackling and sage & rosemary stuffing
• Duck fat potatoes, perfectly crisp
• Signature Yorkshire puddings
• Honey-roasted pumpkin and fennel
• Bottomless House-made gravy & apple sauce
