New Moon - Yoga Connection: canceled

Join me for an evening of yoga and journaling inspired by the new moon. The session will start with an hour slow yoga flow to ground down, release tension and connect with our inner wisdom. This will be followed by self-reflection time to journal and integrate. Depending on how you feel, you can head home or stay for some tea and chats with some of the new moon yoga community!

The intention of this evening is to create space for:

- A connection to our bodies

- Listening and integrating our inner wisdom

- Sense of community and support

The yoga flow will be suitable for all levels, so if you are new then please don't let that stop you! I will also will bring spare yoga mats for those who don't have one.

$15 a ticket.
