Facilitated by Reconnect Project founders Ryan Girdler and Imra, this one-day experience offers men the opportunity to step away from the pressures of everyday life, reset the nervous system, and reconnect through breathwork, movement, cold immersion, meditation, and authentic conversation.

Whether you’re navigating stress, financial pressure, relationship challenges, anxiety, burnout, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, this day is designed to help you slow down, clear mental noise, and return feeling more grounded, present, and steady.

This is not about performance or pretending to have it all together.

It’s about stepping out of autopilot, reconnecting with yourself, and creating space to breathe, reflect, and reset alongside other like-minded men.
