Event description

With our vibrant NYC STEAM education community of partners, participants, supporters and friends, we will celebrate our mission to empower underrepresented students to thrive in STEAM and our impact on more than 20,000 young students since our founding. This event will help make future HYPOTHEkids' programs possible and ensure even more students gain exposure to cutting-edge training and internship opportunities in STEAM to thrive in a high-tech economy. We are proud that 91% of HYPOTHEkids' high school program alumni pursue a STEAM undergraduate degree.

We are delighted to be honoring Anne Taylor, MD, Senior Vice President for Faculty Affairs and Career Development for the Columbia University Irving Medical Center. Dr. Taylor was selected as the recipient of the 2024 Hk Catalyst Award, which recognizes outstanding contributions and achievements in STEAM professions. Her dedication and impact as an esteemed cardiologist, teacher, administrator and mentor have set her apart as a leader in the STEAM community. Please join us in celebrating Dr. Taylor's achievements!
