KEYNOTE: OLD VS NEW: FINDING YOUR CASHFLOW SWEET SPOT
Property investing can be one of the most powerful ways to build wealth - but it can also be one of the fastest ways to find yourself under financial pressure if you don’t have the right strategy.
In this session, Ralph Rintoule of CITRINE Property & Coaching will break down the essentials of smart property investing, starting with the pros and cons of old versus new properties and why understanding the differences is critical to long-term success.
You’ll learn how to approach buying from a cashflow-positive perspective, so you avoid the trap of becoming cashflow negative or creating a debt that’s difficult to manage. Ralph will also explore the importance of location - buying in the right area, and how having the right mix of old and new properties can help minimise your financial risks while balancing your portfolio.
Finally, he will discuss how family trusts can play a role in protecting your assets and building wealth for future generations.
By the end of this 20-minute Keynote, you’ll walk away with practical insights you can apply immediately – whether you’re just starting out or looking to refine your current investment strategy.

Business INSIGHT 1: THE GENESIS OF A CONTENT POST - From Spark to Story.
Every content post has a backstory. The spark that may come while scrolling through social media and noticing a question everyone’s asking, or from a late-night note jotted down after listening to a podcast that stirred your thoughts.
Sometimes it’s a blog idea from a casual chat with a client or a friend, where you realise others might be wrestling with the same challenge. That’s the genesis – the messy, human moment where inspiration strikes.
Digital Marketing Strategist, Tony Skinner from Content Made Easy, will share how you can turn your ‘spark’ into content with direction, voice, and purpose, and use multiple variations in presentation for different formats: video, audio, and the written word.

OUR MEETINGS
All attendees have the opportunity to introduce themselves and their business. Depending on numbers, introductions are between 30-60 seconds - so it would be a good idea to make a note of the key points you want to make!
You get to meet like-minded people, exchange ideas, learn, socialise, collaborate, gain knowledge, form new relationships, get fresh business ideas and tips and, of course, expand your introduction-based business network.
Whether your business is shop, office, industry, home based or in a shared space, you will meet motivated owners and entrepreneurs to share your passion and grow your business with.
