Following the insights of the 12 Pillars for Ageing Well, this dynamic and interactive session with Tania – Midlife Women’s Health Coach and Energy Expert – will help you move from inner reflection into intentional action.

Drawing on her Beautiful Midlife Foundations—Sleep, Movement, Nutrition and Mindfulness - Tania will guide you to uncover what truly supports your body, lifestyle and stage of life. You’ll explore how to implement small, powerful shifts - micro habits that feel effortless, enjoyable and sustainable - to boost your energy, support your wellbeing and help you feel and look your best.
