Hey Manly!
We’re so excited to share that Lauren Wainer is coming to Manly to bring her signature Restorative Breathwork & Mindfulness sessions to the beautiful Flowcore Studio in Manly.
Based in Sydney’s east, Lauren runs weekly sessions at some of Sydney’s most sought-after wellness studios, including Scout Pilates and Body By Berner. Her breathwork journeys are known for being deeply calming, science-based, and emotionally transformative, guiding people out of stress and into presence.
What to Expect
Join us for one of two nurturing sessions designed to help you shift out of fight-or-flight and into rest, regulation, and reconnection.

🌀 Session 2 | 1:00 pm–2:00 pm
A gentle introduction into mindful breathing and nervous system reset. Perfect for first-timers or anyone wanting to start the day grounded and clear. The flow combines active and calming breathwork, optional breath holds, aromatherapy, grounding touch, and guided integration. Ideal if you're ready to let go of built-up tension and reconnect to your inner calm.
What to Bring
Warm, comfy clothing – body temperature can drop during breathwork
A blanket, jacket, or eye mask (optional but encouraged for comfort)
A water bottle
A yoga mat, plus a cushion and blanket so you can settle in and feel fully supported throughout the session

Who This Is Not For
While restorative breathwork is gentle and accessible, it may not be suitable for everyone. If you are currently pregnant, have a serious heart condition, epilepsy, schizophrenia, or unmanaged PTSD, this style of breathwork may not be appropriate.
