The Food & Wine Collective

• Put your team together (max 10 people)
• Each team chooses the country/region they will cook (check this spreadsheet for other participants to avoid overlap)
• Decorate/Dress-up welcome
• Provide enough food for 20 meals (served as tasting plates)

• 5:30 Open for set-up & decorations - 6:30 service

• Round-robin tasting (all teams taste each other’s entries)
• Cash Bar - Liquor will be purchased with the countries represented in mind
• $150 per team
• Limited registration – 10 teams
• Team Captains please register your team (one registration per team please)
