An Internationally Acclaimed Work of Visual Theatre
Created and performed by Fleur Elise Noble
This award-winning performance brings together drawing, animation, puppetry and projection across a vast paper stage. Set within an artist’s studio, images shift, artworks awaken, and tensions build as creative control moves from the maker and the made. It’s like a giant paper pop-up book that comes to life!
2 Dimensional Life of Her has been presented at more than 40 venues and festivals worldwide, including The Barbican in London and The Public Theatre in New York. It represented Australia at the 2011 World Congress of Theatre for Young People and received the 2013 Bessie Award for Outstanding Visual Design.
Suitable for school groups, families, adults and children of all ages.

REVIEWS:
“This astoundingly full-bodied performance would be the talking point of any festival.” ADELAIDE ADVERTISER
“An essay on creativity, control, manipulation and ways of seeing, 2 Dimensional Life is witty, technically deft and engrossing, offering more dimensions than its bigger festival counterparts.” REAL TIME
"Fleur Elise Noble, an Australian polymath who roams comfortably between theatres and art galleries… her beguiling mash-up of animation, puppetry and performance, an oddly comforting shedding of the conventions that govern so much of what we take for granted during a live performance." NY TIMES
