The Dairy Industry Association of South Australia (DIAA) are pleased to host an informative Dairy Industry Breakfast with guest speakers, including:
- Kim Sparks, Quality Assurance Manager at Udder Delights discussing their journey on building a positive food safety culture. This will be a discussion with Daniel Raschella, DIAA Committee member and Dairysafe Food Safety Culture Award Judge.
- Eliza Redfern, Industry Analyst for Dairy Australia on the Dairy Situation and Outlook Update.
Ticket includes hot breakfast, tea and coffee.
7:15am for a 7:30am start. Formalities conclude at approximately 8:30am with plenty of networking opportunities to follow.
Parking is available onsite.
