The Dairy Industry Association of South Australia (DIAA) are pleased to host an informative Dairy Industry Breakfast with guest speakers, including:

Kim Sparks, Quality Assurance Manager at Udder Delights discussing their journey on building a positive food safety culture. This will be a discussion with Daniel Raschella, DIAA Committee member and Dairysafe Food Safety Culture Award Judge.
Eliza Redfern, Industry Analyst for Dairy Australia on the Dairy Situation and Outlook Update.

Ticket includes hot breakfast, tea and coffee.

7:15am for a 7:30am start. Formalities conclude at approximately 8:30am with plenty of networking opportunities to follow.
