2023 Midwest Paddock to plate presented by Midwest Ports
Event description
Get back to the land – literally – at this farm-based foodie event curated by celebrity chef, Matt Moran. Think undulating paddocks with beautifully laid tables, meat sizzling over an open flame, and flavour-packed sides plucked straight from the vegetable patch and finessed into gourmet delights.
Moran’s reverence for food provenance will shine via a classy menu with a distinct sense of place, with dishes matched by Western Australian wines. Yanget Farm, one of the oldest and most fertile farms in the region, will place guests right in the heart of the MidWest’s agricultural food bowl.
Presented by Midwest Ports, MidWest Paddock to Plate promises some special-occasion magic for discerning diners who love to eat local.

A bus will be provided for those who do not wish to drive, tickets include pick up and return and need to be purchased separately from the dinner ticket.

Buses will leave the event at 9.30pm and will return to the collection point.
