Please join us for an Autumn and Winter Inspired Conscious Dance evening ‘Journey Inward’.

Winter is a time for going within. It is a time of reflecting, releasing and letting go so that we can make room for the creative energy, abundance and freshness that Spring offers. The purpose of this evening is to create a space for us to honour and embody these themes whilst moving consciously and with intention.

This offering is a space for self-exploration, healing, and connection with yourself. The space will be dark and warm, creating an intimate environment for you to dive deep into your own inner world.

Journey Inward is perfect for anyone looking to reconnect with themselves and find peace and clarity within. No dance experience is necessary, just a willingness to let go and allow the music to guide you.

What to Expect:

Through breath, sound and movement, we will explore our inner landscape. Cacao will be offered for heart opening and deepening our connection to ourselves.

Expect a safe, dark, and warm space to move freely and connect to yourself and the music without distraction. This means all shoes, devices, and chatting will be put aside while dance is in session.

You will be taken on a global musical journey inspired by shamanic, tribal and organic beats. Our DJ ‘Bloom Spiral’ (same DJ as previous Mountain Movement events, new name!) will offer a mix of grounding yet soulful electronic infusions alongside blissful and etheric melodies, all woven together to elicit a deep sense of connection to self, whilst also inviting you to completely let go and surrender to the ancient medicine that is sound and movement.

Flow of the evening

Guests will be offered a warm and heart-opening cup of ceremonial-grade Cacao upon arrival. For those who have not previously experienced this sacred brew, more information can be found here. (Vegan and Gluten Free)
