2025 Annual Awards Dinner

Every September the country comes to the city for the Royal Adelaide Show, and the SA Country Shows celebrate at their Annual Awards Dinner.

Held on Tuesday the 2nd of September at the Adelaide Pavillion, this event includes the Rural Ambassador Award State Finals and announcement of the State Winner, as well as acknowledgement of the winners of the State Cookery Competitions and announcement of the Innovation Award Winner.

Time:           6.00pm for 6:30pm start

Menu:          3 Course Dinner - Alternate Drop (see below)

Cost:            $85.00 per person (+ humanitix booking fee)
All drinks during the evening are at the expense of the consumer.

Seating
A maximum of ten (10) guests can be seated at any one table. People will be seated together wherever possible based on the comments made on booking. Depending on overall numbers it may be necessary for other attendees to be seated at your table. Rural Ambassador Award finalists will be seated with their own family and friends and are included in the 10 per table.

ENTRÉE

• LEEK & FETA TART Short crust pastry shell filled with leek, feta and caramelized onion seasoned with thyme and served warm with fresh salad greens

• CHICKEN TORTELL INI Italian chicken dumplings rose sauce – basil – pecorino

MAIN - SERVED WITH SEASONAL VEGETABLES

• LAMB SHANKS Red sauce, rosemary, thyme, mirepoix, dry sherry, pommes puree

• CHICKEN MIGNON Tender chicken breast wrapped in bacon and served with mushroom sauce

DESSERT

• STRAWBERRIES & CREAM The famous vanilla pannacotta topped with strawberry salad and accompanied with a biscotti treat

• APPLE PIE Classic pâtesucrée with apple and sultana filling dressed with cascading cream and vanilla ice cream

Car Parks
There is complimentary car parking on location with 80 parking bays. The parking is managed by the Adelaide City Council and parking is subject to availability. We will provide permits on the day, which guests can put on their dashboard. Permit allows the car to remain in the designated parking bay for the duration of the event.
