2025 STUFFit Student Film Festival Screening & Awards

Welcome to the 14th annual STUFFit Student Film Festival! 

We are an international film festival run by high school students, for high school students. Every year we accept student films from around the world, and to date we’ve accepted over 1900 films from students across over 20 countries.

This year we’ve had 130 films entered from 5 countries - with 44 of those films written, shot, and edited right here on the Sunshine Coast. 

Join us at Light Industry Studio (2/11 Endeavour Drive, Kunda Park) on October 4th for our Awards Ceremony and Screening. 

Doors open at 5pm, and our Screen Industry Panel will have a chat about opportunities for young filmmakers on the Sunshine Coast. We ask that everyone is seated by 5.30pm before the Awards and Screening kick off. 

As always, we'll be running our snack bar, allowing you to purchase some yummy treats to enjoy with the films. Tickets will also be available to buy on the day, but we recommend booking online to secure your spot. Cash and card payments will be accepted.
