For more than 15 years, the Influential Women of Northwest Indiana Awards Banquet has honored the women who shape our region — its businesses, industries, and communities. As the longest-running awards program recognizing women in Indiana, this event has become a cornerstone of leadership, progress, and impact in Northwest Indiana.

Each year, we celebrate a new class of inductees whose leadership, innovation, and dedication continue to move our region forward. From established leaders to rising professionals, these women are redefining what success looks like across every sector of our economy.

The annual banquet welcomes more than 1,000 attendees and dozens of companies, recognizing women across 13 industry categories, along with organizations that actively support and champion women in the workplace.
