Discover the Fun of Newcombe!

Newcombe is a fun, inclusive, and low-impact ball game that’s perfect for all fitness levels. It’s similar to volleyball, but instead of hitting the ball over a net, players catch and throw the ball. This makes it easier to learn and play while still offering a great workout!

In our class, you’ll enjoy:

Hand-eye coordination and reflex training – catching and throwing improves focus and agility.

Cardiovascular exercise – moving around the court keeps your heart healthy.

Strength and flexibility – the gentle movements strengthen muscles and joints without high impact.
