Service Agreement and costs of workshop

Please note that by registering for this workshop, this constitutes your acceptance of a Service Agreement between yourself and Hear For You.
If you are a NDIS participant, the total workshop cost which will be claimed from your NDIS Plan funding is $2136.36

Media and PR Consent

Please complete the Media and PR Consent form regarding use of photos, video or audio recordings of your child (and family) in our communications. The form can be accessed here - https://tsc.org.au/consentform
You only need to complete this form once for 2026 and can withdraw consent at any time in writing.

Interpreters

As of 1st January 2023, we will no longer be covering costs of interpreters. These costs will need to be covered by funds in your NDIS plan.

We are happy to help with the booking but will not be paying for the costs.

Providing accessible programs and workshops for all our participants is incredibly important to us at Hear For You and The Shepherd Centre. It is a key area of advocacy for us with Governments and the NDIS. We know making sure the NDIS understands the need for interpreting services is critical through claiming these services in participant plans. When these funds are covered philanthropically through organizations, there is no awareness of the need or funding requirements., nor is it sustainable for organizations to cover these costs through fundraising.

Please be advised that by providing us with your child’s details, you agree and give consent to your child to join in Hear For You's programs/workshops. Hear For You will keep and maintain your details and your child’s details in our database. We, Hear For You, will not share your/your child’s details with other organisations.

Pricing

Please note that the pricing is subject to change based on the new NDIA Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits Guide effective as of 1st July 2025.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If your child is feeling unwell prior or on the day, please do not have them attend the workshop and contact us before the workshop to notify us.

CANCELLATION NOTICE REQUIRED (as per NDIS guidelines)

Rock My World Workshop = 2 working days prior to commencement of workshop .

Duration of workshop: up to 3 days

Cancellation fee = full cost of workshop

Life Goals & Skills Blast

Duration of program: 2 days

Notice period = 5 working days prior to commencement of program

Cancellation fee = full cost of program

Life Goals & Skills Metro Program

Duration of program: 1 day a month for 4 months

Notice period: 5 working days prior to commencement of program

Cancellation fee = full cost of program

NOTE: the full program fee will be charged regardless of how many sessions you attend
