Accountability Series Overview

Are you ready to transform your organization’s culture into one that’s inclusive, growth-oriented, and empowering? The Center's two-part Accountability series is designed to build foundational skills in fostering a positive, accountable, and equitable workplace. In these sessions participants are equipped with hands-on tools to improve communication, and frameworks to stay in "right relationship" with one another - changes that will help to drive productivity and cultural transformation.

Join us for this dynamic, interactive series, led by Hanif Fazal, Co-founder of The Center Consultancy - facilitated live via Zoom! Hanif will give you practical insights on how to reframe Accountability, and actionable strategies for application that can drive meaningful, healthy change within teams.

SHRM PDCs

Participants who complete both sessions will earn a total of 6 Professional Development Credits (PDCs) from SHRM. Upon completion, attendees will receive a certificate of completion. The Accountability sessions will be held on January 28th and February 12th, 2026

Session 1: Accountability Part I: Reframing Accountability - From Punishment to Performance
