The Wellness in Infrastructure Awards Night is a celebration of progress, a platform for leadership, and a call to action. This event will raise awareness of the mental health challenges facing the infrastructure construction industry, while shining a light on the people and organisations actively promoting better ways of working. By celebrating those who are doing things differently (putting people first and prioritising psychological safety) we aim to inspire others to join the movement for meaningful change.
