Description

This course explores the basics of stone lithography, giving creatives an opportunity to draw and make marks on lithographic stones using a variety of crayons, pencils and lithographic tusche washes. You will learn how to prepare and grain a lithographic stone, process the drawing, and prepare paper.

You will gain an understanding of the intricate process of making a stone lithograph and develop the skills to print your own original prints on our manual and electric lithographic presses.
