The RŌE’s “ocean journey” is a curated experience that takes diners from Australia’s threatened kelp forests to the table, using sea urchin cuisine to tell a story of ecological crisis, innovation, and sustainable luxury.

The RŌE supports efforts to turn this “pest” urchin into a high-value food product, helping fund urchin control, habitat restoration, and new coastal industries

I'm Anita, an educator and workshop facilitator passionate about unlocking potential through hands-on, engaging experiences. I design and run workshops across four areas that I believe are deeply connected: problem solving, career preparation, and performing arts.
