3D Paper Construction - school holiday art workshops

In this SCAPE school holiday workshop we will have a good look at the sculpture Ka Mua Ka Muri by artist Kazu Nakagawa, which is just outside the workshop venue. We will learn about the artist's ideas and try out 3D paper construction techniques inspired by the origami-style folding Kazu used when he was designing his sculpture. Most of the workshop will be about you making your own art to take home.

SCAPE workshops foster creative expression in a supportive environment, delivered by our qualified specialist art educator.

Adults are welcome to stay with their children, and there is free parking on site for that purpose. Drive in from Hagley Ave and into the carpark to the left of the building.
