ABOUT THE 4-DAY RETREAT
Embark on a unique journey of personal transformation and spiritual connection in the majestic setting of the Sacred Portal of Montserrat. Our retreat combines the profound teachings and tools of human development from the renowned course "The New Human" with the sacred ancestral wisdom of this mystical location.
During the retreat, we will immerse ourselves in daily sunrise yoga/meditation practices, in an atmosphere of serenity and connection with nature, combined with Cacao Ceremony rituals - a sensory experience that opens the heart and promotes deep introspection.
We will explore the surroundings of Montserrat, immersed in enriching activities that connect us with the unique energy of this sacred place through meditations and activations, as well as classes and teachings on the local energy that will provide us with a deep understanding of ancestral wisdom and expanding consciousness for our current moment.

WHAT IS A SACRED PORTAL?
WHAT TO EXPECT DURING THE 4-DAY RETREAT & TRAINING?
Our Retreat & Training combines a deep dive into the Sacred energy teachings of the Montserrat region with the insights of the Aquarian New Age through the "The New Human" Training channeled by Marcìa Bellö. With daily classes, guided meditations during outdoor activities, and alignment through Yoga and Cacao Ceremony. The group accommodates 10 participants.

✅ DAY 01 - 07th AUGUST | WELCOMING THE GROUP & FIRST CONNECTIONS WITH THE SACRED PORTAL
- Check in from 2pm - at the Hotel Can Farres
- 1hr Class - Introduction about the Retreat + Teachings + Meditation & Cacao Ceremony (Opening) with Marcìa Bellö
- Dinner and Gathering Night - reflections about the 1st day
✅ DAY 02 - 08th AUGUST | DELVE DEEP INTO THE WISDOM OF THE MOUNTAINS AND THE NEW FREQUENCIES OF THE PLANET
- Morning Yoga & Cacao Ceremony
- Outdoor activities around Montserrat with Lunch and Break
- Afternoon free
- 1hr Class - The New Human + Meditation Portal 08.08 Lions Gate with Marcia Bellö
- Dinner and Gathering Night - reflections about the 2nd day
✅ DAY 03 - 09th AUGUST | THE SYNTHESIS OF SACRED PORTALS AND THE NEW HUMAN IN THE NEW ERA

- Afternoon free
- Full Moon Ceremony with Cacao and Activations (in front of the Mountain)
- Dinner and Gathering Night - reflections about the 3rd day

- Closing the Training - sharing feelings and learnings

No. You just need to be open-hearted to take this beautiful course that awaits you! The Training & Retreat has a consistent and profound methodology, where we practice in many proposed exercises with dynamic meditations.
